Division President

Mark leads business operations and growth for Workplace Solutions. He joined Chubb Benefits in 2022 and was named to his current role in July 2025. With more than 30 years in sales experience with CWB and Unum, he previously served as head of sales for Workplace Solutions. 

Regional Vice President 

Joe oversees the southern part of the Southeast region, including Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Mississippi. He’s been with Chubb Benefits for six years and has more than 20 years of industry experience. 

VP, Revenue Operations

Brad has been with Chubb Benefits for 15 and has held varies roles across sales operations and sales support. He currently oversees Salesforce CRM, sales reporting, and pipeline and forecasting management for Workplace Solutions and is focused on driving sales efficiency and growth through data-driven insights and tools.   

Regional Vice President 

Allison is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and oversees the Northeast Region for Chubb Benefits. She joined Chubb in 2022 and has nearly 20 years of experience in employee benefits with specific expertise in developing voluntary benefits solutions.   

VP, Block Growth & Retention 

Jess oversees Account Manager and Account Executives nationally.  She joined Chubb in 2025 and has more than 25 years of industry experience. 

VP, National Broker Relationship Manager 

Kelly joined Chubb Benefits 14 years ago as a Marketing Manager on the P&C side and transitioned to Chubb Benefits two years ago. The main contact for large brokerage partners, she’s responsible for building and maintaining relationships and focuses on understanding broker needs, fostering collaboration and supporting long-term growth for both the broker and Chubb Benefits. 

Regional Vice President 

Spencer is a financial and insurance executive based in Texas who leads regional operations and strategic growth for Chubb's voluntary benefits division, overseeing portfolios that include critical illness, accident, and life insurance. Before joining Chubb in 2022, he spent 25 years at Unum, serving as a Managing Director and Sales Manager.

Regional Vice President 

RG is based in Columbus, Ohio, and oversees the Midwest Region for Chubb Benefits. He joined Chubb in 2025 with more than 30 years of experience in the employee benefits space.

Jessica collaborates and partners across the sales organization, clients, brokers and partners. She has more than 20 years of industry experience and has served in several roles with Chubb Benefits including Vice President, Block Growth and Retention.

Joe oversees the northern part of the Southeast region, including Tennessee, the Carolina, and part of Georgia for Workplace Solutions. He joined Chubb Benefits in 2026 with more than 28 years of industry experience. 

National Broker Relationship Manager 

Christine’s 18 years of industry experience includes a strong background in service and sales. As the primary point of contact for our national broker partners, she is responsible for building strong relationships, fostering collaboration and guiding the sales team on effective strategies to win business at the local level. She's dedicated to driving long-term growth for both broker partners and Chubb Benefits, and her continued focus on partnership and results ensures mutual success and sustained business development.
